Executive Assistant
Executive Assistant (temp)
£25–£30 per hour | Hybrid (5 days) | Start: ASAP
We're partnering with some of the world's most recognised entertainment, media, production and luxury brands to build our network of exceptional Executive Assistants.
Our clients move quickly, so while we may not have a live role for you today, opportunities come up fast.
We're looking to meet experienced EAs who can step into a new team and add value from day one.
Assignments
- Holiday cover and extra support during busy periods
- Project-based roles, with some evolving into permanent positions
The Role
Supporting senior leaders in busy, global businesses, you’ll be the go-to person keeping everything running smoothly. You’ll be confident managing competing priorities, working across time zones, and handling the pace that comes with high-profile brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex and constantly changing calendars
- Coordinating international travel and itineraries
- Processing expenses
- Supporting meetings, events, and team projects
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Jumping into new teams and getting up to speed quickly
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years’ experience supporting senior leaders within a global media, entertainment, production, or luxury brand environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume role
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and proactive when priorities change
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Confidence, adaptability, and a willingness to "roll their sleeves up"
