About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a busy Capital Markets team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Supporting a small team of senior investment professionals, you will provide seamless day-to-day support within a fast-paced environment. The role is heavily focused on complex diary management, alongside travel coordination and wider administrative support.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Complex diary management and meeting coordination
  • International travel arrangements and itinerary management
  • Expense management and administrative support
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing documents and meeting materials
  • Supporting a busy team with ad hoc requests as required

Candidate Specification:

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience within private equity, financial services or a similar corporate environment
  • Strong diary management and travel coordination experience
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, collaborative and able to use initiative
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous exposure to Investor Relations or investor-facing teams would be advantageous

  • 12-month fixed-term contract commencing September 2026
