Role Description

This is a full-time Executive Assistant role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and logistics.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and tracking expense reports
  • Organizing documents and presentations
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting communication between executives, internal teams, and external partners

The role also involves:

  • Monitoring inboxes
  • Prioritizing correspondence
  • Arranging calls and events
  • Helping streamline administrative processes to enable leadership to focus on strategic activities

Qualifications

  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Experience with Expense Reports and basic financial or budget tracking for executives or teams.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, with clear, professional written and verbal skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven Administrative Assistance skills, such as file management, data entry, and office coordination.
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in common office software and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, calendar and conferencing tools).
  • Prior experience supporting senior leaders in real estate, property investment, or a related sector is beneficial.
  • Relevant education or training in business administration, office management, or a similar field is an advantage.
