Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior executives in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and ensure the efficient execution of executive priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
- Handle email correspondence and prioritize communications on behalf of executives
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents
- Maintain confidential records, files, and executive documentation
- Track action items and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with project coordination and administrative support for strategic initiatives
- Organize virtual events, team meetings, and executive briefings
- Support day-to-day office administration and process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Experience with scheduling and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, Calendly, or similar platforms
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership teams
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira
- Experience coordinating international travel and managing complex calendars
- Knowledge of expense management and document management systems
- Experience working in a remote or global team environment
