Exceptional Senior Executive Assistant – Global Family Enterprise
One of our private clients is seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chairman of a global family enterprise. Based in a very formal private household, this role suits a polished, experienced professional looking to join an established household and corporate operation spanning multiple international properties. The position operates at the intersection of formal private office culture and executive business support, requiring someone who thrives in structured, fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Elite calendar and scheduling management across multiple time zones, with complex international coordination
- Preparation and organisation of:
- Board papers
- Executive meetings
- Strategic engagements
- Stakeholder management at the most senior level
- Operation within a formal, traditional family office/private household structure, alongside household teams

Candidate Profile & Requirements
This role demands the following from the ideal candidate:
- Demonstrable experience supporting UHNW principals at Chairman level
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook proficiency (essential and subject to testing)
- Background in:
- UHNW environments
- Private banking or family offices
- Senior corporate settings
- Impeccable judgement, discretion, and anticipation skills
- Mature, composed demeanour with ease in:
- Highly formal/hierarchical situations
- Comfortable adherence to traditional service culture
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure with minimal supervision
