Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

You’ll be working within mobile networks where we keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

Here at M Group Ltd we're looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become a permanent position. Based in West Byfleet with a hybrid working arrangement, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Managing Director and Executive Team while helping to drive key business initiatives and projects.

This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You'll combine executive support, project coordination, team leadership and office management responsibilities, acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the business. From overseeing transformational projects and managing our property portfolio to supporting business development activities and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, you'll be at the centre of our operations. What You'll Be Doing

As our Executive Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the business while supporting the delivery of strategic priorities. Working closely with the Managing Director, Executive Team and Senior Management Team, you'll coordinate projects, manage competing priorities, and help drive initiatives from planning through to successful completion.

You'll lead and support transformational projects such as business integrations, contract mobilisations and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring milestones, actions and deadlines remain on track. Alongside managing executive diaries, meetings, communications and travel arrangements, you'll act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping to prioritise commitments and facilitate effective decision-making.

You'll build strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders, support business development activities, oversee property and office management responsibilities, and ensure business continuity arrangements remain effective across all sites. Using digital tools and systems, you'll maintain accurate records, track deliverables and support collaboration across teams, all while encouraging a positive, solutions-focused and "whole company" approach to achieving our goals.

What You'll Bring

You'll be an experienced Executive or Personal Assistant who is confident supporting senior leaders in a dynamic and growing business. You'll bring strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities while remaining calm and professional under pressure.

We're looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, anticipates what's needed next and enjoys solving problems before they arise. You'll be a confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels, working collaboratively across teams while maintaining discretion when handling sensitive information.

You'll have experience managing diaries, priorities and deadlines, be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, and ideally have exposure to project management or business transformation activities. Most importantly, you'll be adaptable, energetic and motivated by the opportunity to make a genuine impact, embracing change and continuously looking for ways to improve how we work.
