Position Summary
This Executive Assistant role provides high-level strategic support to senior leaders in UK Sales, Consultant Relations, and Client Relations, including Managing Directors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted partner, coordinating complex business activities across regions
- Ensuring seamless collaboration between teams while managing competing priorities
- Supporting client engagement and business development through key events and operational processes
- Working autonomously with a strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion

Key Responsibilities
- Providing proactive, strategic support to multiple senior stakeholders
- Advanced calendar management (domestic & international), coordinating calls, meetings, and quarterly LP update calls with Europe Client Relations
- Extensive internal and external telephone liaison
- Scheduling meetings, lunches, and coordinating travel, including roadshows and long-haul itineraries
- Organising high-profile events, such as CSG Offsite, Investor Days, and Christmas Parties
- Managing expenses, PO processes (via Workday), formatting documents, and handling logistics
- Providing backup EA support during absences
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Essential
- Significant Executive Assistant experience, supporting multiple senior executives
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiencies (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in banking, financial services, or commercial industry
- Strong business acumen, discretion, and professionalism
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work independently
