About the Client:
A boutique professional services firm. They are looking for a proactive and organised professional to support the day-to-day administrative operations.
About the EA & Operations Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join a fully remote, boutique firm in an administrative capacity. This is a varied, hands-on role, and will involve EA support, administrative and operational coordination. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Diary management
- CRM and database management
- Lead on all administrative processes across the business
- Ensure accurate record keeping
- Support with social media management
- Occasional personal support to senior leadership
- General administrative support, as required

Candidate Specification:
- Previous administrative support experience, ideally within a professional services environment
- Proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong technological skills
- Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong attention to detail
