About the Client:

A boutique professional services firm. They are looking for a proactive and organised professional to support the day-to-day administrative operations.

About the EA & Operations Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join a fully remote, boutique firm in an administrative capacity. This is a varied, hands-on role, and will involve EA support, administrative and operational coordination. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Diary management
  • CRM and database management
  • Lead on all administrative processes across the business
  • Ensure accurate record keeping
  • Support with social media management
  • Occasional personal support to senior leadership
  • General administrative support, as required
