This is an opportunity to step into a role that goes far beyond traditional diary management.

As Executive Assistant to the CEO and wider C-Suite at Person Centred Software, you'll work at the heart of a fast-growing technology business that is transforming care through software. Following our recent acquisition of Camascope, we're entering an exciting new phase and are looking for someone who can help bring structure, pace and focus to an ambitious leadership team.

You'll quickly become a trusted partner to the CEO, helping them navigate competing priorities, maximise their time and ensure key initiatives keep moving forward. Supporting leaders across two business units, you'll be exposed to strategic discussions, high-profile projects and the day-to-day challenges that come with operating in a growing business.

No two days will look the same. One day you might be preparing board papers and briefing packs, the next you'll be coordinating international travel, organising a leadership offsite or helping to keep a major business initiative on track.

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in keeping the leadership team operating effectively by: Managing complex diaries, meetings and competing priorities. Preparing high-quality reports, presentations and briefing packs. Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements. Organising leadership events and offsites. Tracking actions and ensuring priorities are followed through. Supporting cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. Handling sensitive information with complete professionalism and discretion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
