Three days in the office, increasing to four during the probation period

We are partnering with a highly regarded global investment business to appoint a Senior Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within its Investments division.

This is an exceptional opportunity to become a trusted business partner to two Global Leadership Committee members and a Managing Director, supporting executives operating at the heart of a fast-paced, international investment business.

One of the senior leaders spends over 100 days each year travelling globally to meet investors, making this a role that requires exceptional organisation, sound judgement and the ability to anticipate needs in an ever-changing environment. They are looking for an Executive Assistant who is keen to build a long-term partnership and grow alongside the business as the stakeholder's responsibilities continue to evolve.

Joining an experienced and highly regarded Executive Assistant team, you'll be part of a collaborative environment where professionalism, commercial awareness and teamwork are highly valued.

The Role

  • Providing dedicated Executive Assistant support to two Global Leadership Committee members and one Managing Director.
  • Building a trusted partnership with senior leadership, anticipating needs and managing competing priorities with confidence.
  • Managing highly complex, ever-changing diaries across multiple international time zones.
  • Coordinating extensive global travel, including multi-stop itineraries, visas and last-minute changes.
  • Coordinating international investor roadshows and meetings across multiple geographies.
  • Preparing presentations, briefing packs and supporting documentation to an exceptional standard.
  • Managing conference attendance, meeting logistics and wider executive administration.
  • Processing expenses and ensuring seamless day-to-day support.
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, exercising discretion and sound commercial judgement at all times.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues, investors and external stakeholders.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless support across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
