Executive Assistant to Founder | AI Scale-Up | Remote (London) with travel

I’m working with an ambitious AI scale-up that is approaching an exciting stage of growth as they move towards Series A. They are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder and CEO, becoming a trusted extension of her and helping bring structure, organisation and efficiency to a fast-paced environment.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with a founder, managing competing priorities and playing a key role in helping scale a growing technology company.

This is not a traditional EA role focused purely on administration. You will play a key role in helping the Founder operate effectively day-to-day, managing communications, relationships and priorities across investors, customers, partners and the wider team.

The role:

  • Take ownership of the Founder’s busy inbox, prioritising communications, drafting responses and ensuring important conversations are followed up
  • Manage communications on behalf of the Founder with investors, prospective investors, angels, customers, startup programmes, partners and external stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships and ensure all interactions reflect the professionalism of the business
  • Manage and organise a complex diary, ensuring the Founder’s time is prioritised effectively
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, presentations and supporting materials ahead of important conversations
  • Support investor meetings, customer meetings, events and speaking engagements through preparation and coordination
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics, including international travel alongside the Founder when required
  • Track actions, deadlines and follow-ups to ensure key priorities are delivered
  • Work closely with teams across product, engineering and marketing to coordinate information and create polished executive materials
  • Support company-wide meetings, leadership activities and strategic events as the business continues to grow

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
