Executive Assistant

West End, London | £60,000–£65,000 + Bonus & Benefits | Hybrid Working (4 Days in the Office)

We are partnering with a highly regarded global private equity firm to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant to support one of its busiest and most successful front-office investment teams.

This is an opportunity to work at the heart of the firm's deal activity, partnering with a Managing Director alongside Vice Presidents and Directors in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. As a trusted member of the team, you'll play an integral role in ensuring the investment professionals you support can focus on executing transactions, managing investments and building relationships with portfolio companies and stakeholders.

They're looking for far more than an Executive Assistant. They are seeking someone who becomes a genuine extension of the deal team—someone who builds trusted relationships, anticipates what's needed before being asked and thrives in an environment where priorities shift quickly and no two days are the same.

If you enjoy working at pace, love solving problems and take pride in delivering exceptional support, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative private equity firm where Executive Assistants are genuinely valued as an integral part of the team's success.

The Role

  • Providing Executive Assistant support to a busy front-office investment team comprising a Managing Director, Vice Presidents and Directors.
  • Becoming a trusted business partner, anticipating priorities and ensuring the team operates as efficiently as possible.
  • Managing highly complex and constantly changing diaries across multiple international time zones.
  • Coordinating extensive international and domestic travel, including multi-stop itineraries, visas and complex logistics.
  • Coordinating deal-related schedules, investor meetings, client meetings, internal committees, off-sites and wider team events.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships whilst exercising complete discretion.
  • Managing expenses and providing seamless day-to-day support, enabling the investment team to remain focused on high-value activity.
  • Anticipating challenges, resolving issues proactively and ensuring competing priorities remain on track.
  • Working collaboratively with an experienced Executive Assistant team to deliver first-class support across the wider investment platform.
  • Supporting wider team initiatives and projects as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
