Team Executive Assistant

We're partnering with one of the world's leading investment managers, based at their Mayfair office, to find a junior to mid-level Executive Assistant to support a growing team.
This is a varied, fast-paced role in a high-calibre environment - ideal for someone who wants to grow within a globally recognised financial services firm. There is scope for the role to develop into a more senior EA position over time.

The role
Providing full EA support to a group of executives, with broader ad hoc support across the wider team. Responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive diary and calendar management
- Extensive travel coordination
- Expense management and processing
- Broad ad hoc support across the wider team
- Assisting with events, team activities, and projects
About you
- 2–5 years' experience in an EA or team assistant role
- Financial services background, with an understanding of the pace and expectations of the environment
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working with a range of strong personalities
- Flexible and proactive - happy to turn a hand to whatever's needed
- A collaborative team player, able to work well alongside a wider EA function
