Executive Assistant

Location: Victoria Embankment
Role Type: Contract (12 - 14 months)
Work Setup: Onsite - 5 days in the office (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM)

What you'll do

  • Provide comprehensive executive support, managing complex diaries, prioritising communications and coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, rail bookings and detailed itineraries.
  • Coordinate internal and external events, off-site meetings, catering, transport and team wellbeing initiatives.
  • Process expenses, invoices and other administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, maintain organisational charts, executive biographies and oversee office supplies.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, produce professional communications and provide proactive support on projects and day-to-day priorities.

What you bring

  • Extensive Executive Assistant experience, supporting Senior Managing Director level and above within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex diaries, extensive travel arrangements and executive meetings across multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting senior leadership and handling confidential information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to anticipate requirements, using initiative to deliver work to a high standard.
  • Flexible, collaborative and adaptable, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a busy team environment.
