Executive Assistant

Location: Uxbridge Salary: £45,000–£50,000 Working Arrangement: Hybrid

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior Directors within a fast-paced and professional environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Drafting executive correspondence and reports
  • Reviewing contracts and legal documentation
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and travel
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders—both internally and externally
  • Managing confidential information with discretion

Requirements

The successful candidate will need:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant (EA) or Personal Assistant (PA) capacity
