This is the job

Are you an exceptional organiser who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being at the centre of the action?

We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior technology leader within one of the most dynamic areas of our business. This is a highly visible role offering genuine variety, exposure to strategic business activity and the opportunity to play a key role in helping teams operate effectively and deliver against ambitious goals.

As a trusted partner, you'll bring structure, organisation and proactive support to a busy leadership environment. From managing complex priorities and coordinating key business activities, to supporting governance and helping leaders stay focused on what matters most, you'll be instrumental in enabling success across the function.

No two days are the same. One day you could be coordinating leadership meetings and preparing executive briefings, the next supporting a business initiative, organising a leadership event or collaborating with stakeholders from across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
