Our client is a leading, international investment manager with global presence, based in stunning offices in the heart of Mayfair.
The Executive Assistant Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support two Managing Directors in the Private Wealth division. This is a busy role, requiring excellent organisational skills and right-hand support.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Extensive diary management
- Coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Processing expenses
- Acting as trusted gatekeeper for the team
- Supporting both MDs with a range of additional projects and events
- Working collaboratively with other EAs
- Ad-hoc administration.
Candidate Specification
- Strong EA experience is required
- Experience within financial services is essential for this role - with strong preference for specific private wealth management sector experience
- Highly proactive approach
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Curiosity and flexibility - there is real scope to be fully immersed and involved with the 2 MDs!
- Self-starting and highly motivated.

Additional Information
- Salary up to £70K depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus and other additional benefits
- Hours are 9am – 5:30pm with some flexibility required outside of hours
- This role offers 1 day WFH.
