EA / Senior Researcher

Executive Search | London

Salary: £65,000 – £71,000 DOE

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced EA / Senior Researcher to support senior Partners while playing a key role in the successful delivery of executive search assignments. This is a varied, fast-paced position combining traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities with executive search research and project coordination. You'll be at the heart of the business, ensuring Partners are exceptionally well supported while helping to deliver first-class search projects from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary and inbox management for senior Partners.
  • Coordinate complex UK and international travel, itineraries and logistics.
  • Manage expenses, client billing and general administrative support.
  • Schedule interviews, client meetings and candidate briefings.
  • Conduct market mapping, candidate identification and executive research.
  • Produce market intelligence, briefing documents and client presentations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM.
  • Support the delivery of executive search assignments, ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met.
  • Liaise confidently with senior executives, clients and candidates, delivering an exceptional experience throughout the search process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and maintain high standards across all aspects of delivery.

About You:

You'll already be working within executive search, ideally as an Executive Assistant, Researcher or Search Coordinator, and understand the pace, discretion and attention to detail required in a partner-led environment.

You'll also have:

  • Previous experience supporting senior stakeholders within executive search.
  • Strong research and market mapping skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High levels of accuracy, discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, team-focused approach with the confidence to work independently and anticipate needs.
