Executive Assistant

West End, London | £70,000–£75,000 + Bonus & Benefits | Hybrid Working (4 Days in the Office)

We're delighted to be partnering with a leading global investment firm to recruit an exceptional Executive Assistant to support two Co-Heads within its Private Credit business, alongside the Chairman.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative investment team where Executive Assistants are viewed as genuine business partners. Working at the heart of the business, you'll become a trusted extension of three senior leaders, ensuring they can focus on investment activity, client relationships and strategic priorities while you keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships and takes pride in staying one step ahead. This is a role for an experienced Executive Assistant who is proactive, highly organised and confident managing competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.

The Role

  • Providing seamless Executive Assistant support to two Co-Heads and the Chairman.
  • Managing highly complex and constantly changing diaries, balancing multiple priorities and making informed decisions on behalf of your executives where appropriate.
  • Coordinating extensive international travel, including detailed itineraries, visas, transfers and all associated logistics.
  • Acting as a central point of coordination, ensuring priorities remain on track and deadlines are met.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and Executive Assistants across the firm's global network.
  • Monitoring inboxes where required, proactively identifying actions and ensuring key communications are followed up.
  • Coordinating meetings, committees and client presentations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Managing expenses and supporting compliance processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team, providing support and cover where needed.
  • Taking ownership of ad hoc projects and responsibilities as they arise.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
