Role Overview
- Location: Farnborough (37 hours per week with occasional travel to other UK sites)

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a busy and ever-changing diary, ensuring priorities are balanced and time is used effectively.
- Oversee inbox management, filtering communications and responding with sound judgement where appropriate.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, briefings and events, ensuring every detail is organised to a high standard.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building positive working relationships.
- Support senior leadership by bringing structure, organisation and clarity to a fast-moving environment.
- Represent the leadership team's values through professional, approachable and transparent communication.
- Ensure actions are followed through, deadlines are met and priorities remain on track.
- Provide flexible support across a variety of administrative and business activities as required.

Main Skills Needed
- Previous experience supporting a senior executive or leadership team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong diary, inbox and workload management skills with excellent prioritisation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a dependable approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, approachable style.
- Calm under pressure with strong emotional intelligence and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to get involved wherever support is needed.
- Confident using initiative and making informed decisions independently.
