Executive Assistant / Initially a 3-month contract position / London, Hybrid / Up to £270 per day (Umbrella rate)
Overview: My client, a global organisation, are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join their Team and support one of the senior directors and the team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Providing support and technical expertise to senior leaders
- Strong communication skills
- Gathering information and putting together information for board packs
- Comfortable putting presentations together
- Minute taking, diary management over various time zones and travel correspondence
- Formatting documents and templates
- Dealing with invoices and expenses
- Booking meeting rooms and arranging catering

Essential Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience working within a similar EA role
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders
- Happy working at pace in a busy environment
- Experience with expenses management
- Experience creating board packs
- Confident in making decisions
- Confident working on a variety of technology such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and Zoom
