As a Quilter Financial Planning partner, the firm combines a highly personal, client-focused approach with the resources, governance, and infrastructure of a large, FTSE 250-listed group with £140 billion in assets under management.
Goker & Gold advises individuals and families on investments, retirement planning, tax efficiency, inheritance, trust planning, and financial protection. We also support business owners and companies with corporate investments, tax efficiency, workplace pensions, business protection, and succession planning.
Role Description
The Executive Assistant role at Goker & Gold Wealth Management is a full-time, hybrid position (1 day in the office) based in central London.

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing documents and presentations.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Handling correspondence
- Screening calls
- Maintaining records/databases
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
The role also involves:
- Preparing reports
- Assisting with client meeting preparation
- Ensuring efficient office operations
The Executive Assistant will uphold confidentiality and compliance standards within a regulated financial services environment.
Qualifications

- Executive Administrative Assistance skills to manage calendars, meetings, documentation, and office coordination
- Experience with Executive Support, including handling confidential information, preparing reports, and supporting us in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar), and strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Ability to work on-site in London for 1 day a week
- Previous experience in financial services, wealth management, or professional services environments is desired but not required.
