Executive Assistant | Central London
Dictionary****Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus
A highly regarded gradient-calibre Executive Assistant is required to join a leading investment firm based in Central London. This role provides invaluable support to the Managing Partner and senior leadership team.
Ideal candidates look to be proactive, organised professionals with experience in a client-facing, fast-paced corporate environment. If you thrive in a team-driven culture with structured yet dynamic working hours (typically 8.30 AM–5.30/6.00 PM), we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive diary and executive scheduling for senior leaders
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics
- Preparation of presentation packs, travel arrangements, and expense management
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, investors, and external stakeholders
- Streamlining office administration, vendor relations, and facility coordination
- Organising meetings, events, and corporate functions on behalf of Leadership
- Ensuring seamless administrative support across the senior team
- Supporting the smooth operational running of a bustling office environment

About You
- Degree preferred: Graduate level mandated
- Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally in professional services, finance, law, or consultancy
- Seeking candidates from investment firms, professional services, or high-value corporate sectors
- Must demonstrate:
- Exemplary attention to detail and organisational skills
- Adaptability, resilience, and ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional communication, charm, and professionalism
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive disposition, solution-focused, and proactive mindset
