We’re partnering with a leading global entertainment company to recruit a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant for an immediate-start temporary assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative environment where you’ll make an impact from day one.

The Role

As a trusted Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to senior team members, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of their activities. You’ll be adaptable, solutions-focused, and confident working within a global organisation.

  • Manage complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple stakeholders and international time zones
  • Coordinate extensive global travel arrangements from planning through to execution
  • Process expenses accurately and efficiently
  • Manage a high volume of communication with teams and stakeholders across different departments globally
  • Attend meetings and prepare clear, accurate meeting notes and actions
  • Support team initiatives, events, and ad hoc projects
  • Quickly integrate into a new team and contribute from day one
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role within entertainment, media, luxury, or another fast-paced global environment
  • Experienced supporting senior executives within an international organisation
  • Highly organised, adaptable, discreet, and calm under pressure
  • Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High energy, professional, and able to hit the ground running
