About the Company
A prestigious global financial services firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to cover a maternity leave within their Private Equity team, supporting MD-level stakeholders from around September 2026.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support MD, Associate, and Principal-level stakeholders within a busy Private Equity team on a maternity contract. Duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Extensive and complex diary management
- Coordinating international travel arrangements
- Processing and reconciling expenses
- Supporting senior stakeholders at MD level
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Candidate Specification
- Strong experience operating in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for Private Equity exposure (but other financial services experience will be considered)
- Exceptional organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency, composure, and sound judgement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, supported by high emotional intelligence
- Demonstrates the utmost discretion, professionalism, and integrity at all times
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Concur, Coupa, and/or Box is advantageous

Additional Information
- Standard hours: 9am – 6pm, with flexibility for overflow
- Salary: Up to c.£70k, depending on experience
