Executive Assistant

West End, London | £50,000–£65,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Working Hours: 7:30am–5:00pm | Hybrid Working (4 Days in the Office)

We are partnering with a highly regarded global investment firm to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-performing front-office investment team.

Working alongside Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts, you'll become a trusted business partner whilst gaining valuable exposure to Corporate Access, investor engagement and the commercial side of a leading investment business.

Initially offered on a temporary basis, the role has genuine long-term potential, with the intention of converting a successful individual into a permanent member of the team.

The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidently managing competing priorities whilst building strong relationships across the business.

The Role

  • Providing Executive Assistant support to Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts and senior investment professionals within a fast-paced front-office environment.
  • Becoming a trusted partner to the investment team, anticipating priorities and ensuring executives can focus on investment activity and client relationships.
  • Managing highly complex diaries across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Coordinating extensive domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
  • Organising internal and external meetings, conference calls and video meetings.
  • Supporting the coordination of investor meetings, roadshows, conferences and wider Corporate Access activity.
  • Liaising with brokers, listed companies and internal stakeholders to facilitate meeting coordination.
  • Processing expenses and providing seamless day-to-day administrative support.
  • Assisting with team projects, events and operational initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
