Executive Assistant – Corporate Planning
12 Months Fix Term Contract
£38,000 PA
12 months FTC, Full time 9-5.30pm
Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)

TLP have been working with Toyota (GB) PLC for over 25 years and are a trusted partner. This role will be employed by TLP (secondment to Toyota (GB) PLC).
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Senior Directors as part of a shared EA support team within Corporate Planning.

In this role, you will manage complex diaries, coordinate travel and expenses, prepare presentations, and support key meetings and business events. You will also act as a key point of contact for coordinating and managing meetings across the wider business, ensuring effective planning and seamless collaboration. You will also manage the corporate calendar and work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth coordination of senior leadership activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA who enjoys working in team within a fast-paced environment, supporting senior leaders, and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities:
- Complex diary and calendar management for Directors
- Travel coordination and itinerary planning
- Managing expenses, purchase orders, and financial administration
- Preparing presentations and executive documentation
- Supporting governance meetings and key business events
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience supporting senior executives
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who is collaborative, a team player, and eager to learn.
Salary
38000 - 38000 GBP (yearly)
