EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT:
We’re recruiting a proactive and ambitious Executive Assistant to join a growing property development business at an exciting stage of its journey. As the company’s first administrative hire, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, supporting senior leadership while helping to build efficient processes and systems. Starting as an ongoing temporary position with strong potential to become permanent, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow alongside a dynamic and expanding organisation.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Managing complex diary coordination for co-founder and senior leadership, prioritising schedules, resolving conflicts and optimising time effectively
- Coordinating internal and external meetings with investors, advisers, tenants, consultants and key stakeholders, while preparing agendas, briefing packs and supporting materials
- Arranging travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries, ensuring seamless planning and execution of business commitments
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, managing inboxes, correspondence and communications, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships on behalf of leadership
- Drafting professional documents, reports, presentations and briefing notes, while tracking actions and ensuring timely follow-up and delivery
- Supporting board meetings, investor engagements, strategic projects and business research initiatives, contributing to operational effectiveness and decision-making
- Organising company events, networking activities, client hospitality and team engagements, while maintaining accurate records and confidential documentation
- Demonstrating exceptional organisational skills, discretion and professionalism, with proven experience supporting founders, C-suite leaders or senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
- Fully office-based role
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience
- Must have at least 12 months' experience working within a property company
- Managing complex diaries and scheduling appointments
- Managing inboxes, correspondence and follow-up actions
- Demonstrating KYC knowledge and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
