Executive Assistant – Financial Services | Edinburgh
Meraki Talent is delighted to be partnering with a leading financial services organisation in Edinburgh to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive EA with a strong financial services background to support a senior executive team while also providing wider coordination and administrative support to a team of approximately 20 professionals.
Working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of executive and team operations. You will be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.
Team EA Responsibilities
- Providing extensive diary and calendar management for senior executives.
- Managing complex UK and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting packs.
- Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, clients and external partners.
- Managing inboxes, prioritising correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
- Supporting team events, offsites, conferences and client meetings.
- Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with departmental reporting, presentations and documentation.
- Supporting onboarding activities and wider team administration.
- Building strong working relationships across the business and acting as a trusted support partner.

About You
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within Financial Services, Investment Management, Asset Management, Banking or a related regulated environment.
- Experience supporting multiple senior executives and wider business teams.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- High levels of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
