Job Title: Administrative Business Partner (ABP)
Location: London
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Tuesday to Thursday)
Contract Duration: 12 Months - Until May 2027
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to provide high-level administrative and operational support to a Director.

Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense management, stakeholder engagement and supporting key business initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Requirements:
- Experience supporting senior leaders or directors
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
