Location: West End, London Salary: £65,000–£75,000 + Bonus & Benefits Working Arrangement: Hybrid (4 Days in the Office)
We are partnering with a highly regarded global investment firm to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support a newly appointed Senior Managing Director, along with the wider Technology & Services investment team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to establish a close working partnership from the outset, supporting a senior investment professional as they build and develop their team. Working alongside two highly experienced Executive Assistants, you’ll become an integral part of a collaborative, fast-paced, and high-performing investment platform.
The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and thrive in a demanding environment. You’ll confidently manage competing priorities while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
The Role
- Provide dedicated Executive Assistant support to a newly appointed Senior Managing Director and the wider Technology & Services investment team
- Manage highly complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones, anticipating conflicts and proactively prioritising tasks
- Coordinate extensive international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries, visas, and end-to-end logistics
- Organise internal and external meetings, conference calls and video conferences
- Prepare itineraries, meeting materials, and supporting documentation
- Process expenses and provide seamless day-to-day administrative support
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with two experienced Executive Assistants to ensure seamless support across the team
- Assist with team events, off-sites, and wider operational initiatives
- Build trusted relationships while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior stakeholders within private equity, investment banking, investment management, financial services, or another fast-paced corporate environment
- Extensive experience managing highly complex diaries, international travel, and ever-changing priorities
- A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders and stay ahead of requirements
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
