Executive Assistant

London | Hybrid (4 days per week in the office) £60,000 - £65,000 + 10% Bonus + Excellent Benefits

An opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's largest and most recognisable organisations as Executive Assistant to a member of the C-Suite.

This is far more than a traditional diary management role. You'll become a trusted partner to a highly visible executive, helping them navigate a complex, fast-moving business undergoing significant transformation. The successful candidate will bring confidence, commercial awareness and the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise.

We're looking for someone who enjoys operating at pace, thrives in an evolving environment and takes pride in enabling senior leaders to perform at their best.

The Role: You'll provide dedicated one-to-one support to a C-suite leader, acting as a key point of contact across the business and ensuring their time is managed effectively.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a complex and constantly evolving diary
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, meetings and executive events
  • Preparing presentations, briefing packs and Board-level documentation
  • Managing inboxes, correspondence and competing priorities
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Supporting executive meetings, tracking actions and following up where required
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper while maintaining absolute confidentiality

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

About You: This role is suited to an Executive Assistant who sees themselves as a genuine business partner rather than an administrator. Building a trusted relationship with a senior executive is fundamental, and you'll be confident anticipating needs, managing competing priorities and acting as an extension of the executive you support.

You'll likely have:

  • Proven experience partnering directly with a CFO, CEO or other C-suite executive in a complex organisation
  • A track record of building trusted, one-to-one relationships with senior leaders, becoming a valued advisor and sounding board
  • The confidence to make decisions, challenge constructively and manage priorities on behalf of your executive when appropriate
  • Outstanding communication skills and the credibility to influence and engage with Board and Executive stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with a track record of improving processes rather than simply maintaining them
  • The ability to remain calm, organised and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong commercial awareness, excellent judgement and complete discretion when handling confidential information
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
