Executive Assistant
Executive Assistant 9-Month Fixed-Term Contract | West End, London | £50,000 + Bonus & Benefits | Hybrid Working
Working Pattern: Three days per week in the office, with additional on-site attendance required during the initial onboarding period.
We are partnering with a globally respected investment firm to recruit an Executive Assistant to support the Head of the Credit team alongside other investment professionals.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing investment business, where you'll become a valued member of the team, delivering seamless support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You'll assist senior investment professionals by managing intricate schedules, coordinating global operations, and fostering relationships across both the London office and international teams.
The Role
- Provide dedicated Executive Assistant support to the Head of Credit Opportunities and wider investment team
- Manage complex, multi-timezone diaries and evolving priorities
- Oversee extensive international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and meticulous itinerary planning
- Organise internal meetings, conference calls, and video meetings
- Coordinate team off-sites, events, and broader team activities
- Process expenses using Concur
- Build and maintain strong interoffice relationships, particularly with the US team
- Act as a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Offer additional administrative assistance and support team initiatives as required

About You
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in private equity, investment management, banking, financial services, or a comparable fast-moved corporate setting
- Proven track record in managing complex schedules, international travel, and dynamic priorities
- Sharp organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive attitude with confidence to anticipate needs and manage competing demands
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Experience with Concur (advantageous)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
