Executive Assistant to 2 Founders
Salary: £55,000-60,000
Must be available to interview on 16th July via Teams
📍 London | Full-time
Hybrid - Fridays working from home
We’re partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing Public Affairs organisation to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their Founder in a true 1:1 capacity. The Role
As the Founder’s right-hand support, you’ll ensure seamless day-to-day operations, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and organisational expert.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing dedicated 1:2 support to the 2 Founders, ensuring their day runs efficiently
- Acting as the main point of contact and gatekeeper, managing all incoming enquiries with discretion and professionalism
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating schedules across multiple priorities
- Planning and organising all travel logistics (flights, hotels, transfers, visas, etc.)
- Preparing high-quality meeting packs and liaising with internal teams to gather key documentation
- Creating presentations and polished slide decks
- Supporting with occasional office management duties to ensure smooth operations

About You
You are a highly organised, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant who thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
We’re looking for:
- Proven experience supporting at C-suite level, ideally in a 1:1 capacity
- Exceptional diary management and international travel coordination experience
- Strong gatekeeping skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
- A high level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a “can-do” attitude
- Confidence creating presentations and working with senior stakeholders
