Executive Assistant
This is a newly created EA role supporting the COO of a rapidly growing technical company with a positive culture, ambitious plans, and a self-motivated team.
You’ll work closely with the COO as a trusted partner, helping manage priorities, coordinate projects, and keep the business moving forward.
This is much more than just diary management. You’ll have exposure to senior decision-making, company projects, team initiatives, and the day-to-day running of a growing business.
This is a full-time, predominantly office-based role, Monday to Friday, with free onsite parking.
What you’ll be doing:
Executive Support
- Manage the COO’s diary, inbox, meetings, and international travel arrangements
- Prepare agendas, reports, and documentation for management meetings
- Track actions and ensure key priorities are followed through
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Projects & Culture
- Support company projects and initiatives
- Coordinate training events and team activities
- Help recognise employee milestones and celebrations
- Act as a key link between the COO and the wider team

Who this role is for
This role would suit an organised, proactive PA, EA, or senior administrator who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and likes being at the centre of a busy business.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in supporting a senior leader or leadership team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing changing priorities
- Professional, discreet, and trusted with confidential information
- Happy working in a collaborative office environment
A degree is preferred, but relevant experience is just as important.
You’ll be comfortable being office-based most of the time, happy to share the office with a friendly dog, and willing to complete a background check at offer stage.
