Executive Assistant

This is a newly created EA role supporting the COO of a rapidly growing technical company with a positive culture, ambitious plans, and a self-motivated team.

You’ll work closely with the COO as a trusted partner, helping manage priorities, coordinate projects, and keep the business moving forward.

This is much more than just diary management. You’ll have exposure to senior decision-making, company projects, team initiatives, and the day-to-day running of a growing business.

This is a full-time, predominantly office-based role, Monday to Friday, with free onsite parking.

What you’ll be doing:

Executive Support

  • Manage the COO’s diary, inbox, meetings, and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare agendas, reports, and documentation for management meetings
  • Track actions and ensure key priorities are followed through
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Projects & Culture

  • Support company projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate training events and team activities
  • Help recognise employee milestones and celebrations
  • Act as a key link between the COO and the wider team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
