C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for a highly regarded, boutique investment firm based in London.

Position: EA

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DoE

Hybrid set up: 4 days in the office, Fridays working from home

You will be working alongside a supportive EA team who collaborate closely to ensure seamless business support.

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:

  • Proactive diary and calendar management across multiple time zones for senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, room bookings and virtual meeting links, ensuring all materials are circulated in advance
  • Managing complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries, transfers and restaurant bookings
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including portfolio businesses and suppliers
  • Full end-to-end coordination of events, conferences, off sites and company-wide events
  • Booking venues, hotels and meeting spaces, managing guest logistics, group travel and hospitality arrangements
  • Supporting third-party presenters and suppliers, including AV, breakout rooms and event requirements
  • Ensuring smooth on-site execution of events and an exceptional attendee experience
  • Processing expenses
  • Supporting ad hoc projects, initiatives as required

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders in an EA capacity
  • Strong experience coordinating events, conferences, off sites or company-wide events
  • Exceptional organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • Confident stakeholder management and professional communication style
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, corporate or professional services environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using business systems
  • A collaborative, flexible team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit EA team
