Executive Assistant

Slough (Head Office)

We operate a dynamic working model built on trust, choice, and balance. Colleagues typically connect in person 3 days per week, as we know the best ideas and relationships grow when we collaborate side by side.

We also offer Dynamic Friday Hours, giving colleagues the opportunity to flex their time and finish early on a Friday, where the role allows.

Join our snack-loving team

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills, and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.

About the role

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and approachable Executive Assistant to provide high-quality support to a member of our Board team, Executive Leadership Team, and senior stakeholders across KP Snacks.

You’ll play an important role in helping our leaders stay organised, manage changing priorities, and keep things running smoothly. From coordinating diaries and meetings to managing communications and supporting key business activities, you’ll ensure the right things happen at the right time.

Working as part of our Executive Assistant team, you’ll build strong relationships across the business, collaborate closely with colleagues, and provide seamless support and cover for one another. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work, anticipate needs, and find practical solutions, while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding service. If you’re naturally organised, enjoy building relationships, and are always looking for ways to improve how things are done, we’d love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
