Recruitment for a Private Equity Firm
We are recruiting for a well-established Private Equity firm with multiple locations, including London, Paris, and New York.
Position Overview
This position is a fast-paced and demanding role looking after 7 reports from MD level to Analyst.
Lots of complex travel, ever-changing diary management needing strong communication skills, high organisation, and patience!
Working with other offices, including Paris, French language is needed to a good level.
Experience of a similar role and a love of juggling and working at pace.

EA Duties
- Complex diary management resolving conflicts as they arise. Communication with other EAs in the team and externally where necessary. Communication agendas and responding to calendar changes as required.
- Highly demanding and complex travel arrangements to include travel itineraries, hotels, flights, and cars, often making short notice changes.
- Entry of Company, contact, and meeting data in CRM database.
- Preparation of expenses claims.
- Filing and archiving documentation.
- Performing duties as necessary to ensure the most effective use of the Executives’ time.
- Receiving and screening incoming calls, email, and correspondence. Prioritising and re-directing where necessary.
