Executive Assistant
Executive Assistant – Leeds, UK
Proxima, part of the global leader Bain & Company, is a well-established management consulting firm specialising in procurement. We’re looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to join our Leeds team, supporting senior leaders and contributing to a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to Senior Vice Presidents across European and UK offices
- Diary management: Schedule, organise, and arrange meetings, business commitments, and follow-up actions
- Liaise with internal teams and external business contacts
- Arrange international and domestic travel
- Support other Executive Assistants, including holiday cover
- Provide receptionist duties as needed:
- Answer telephones
- Greet clients and visitors
- Manage catering and meeting room bookings
- Ensure all monthly expense claims are processed accurately
- Assist with other business areas as/when required

Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant role
- Strong organisational skills capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Exceptional attention to detail with a selection of accuracy and quality consciousness
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Adaptable, efficient, and flexible approach in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a positive problem-solving attitude
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Advanced IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Flexibility to travel as needed (sometimes at short notice)
