We're recruiting on behalf of our client, one of the world's leading energy companies, who are looking to hire multiple experienced Assistants to Director to provide executive-level support to senior leadership across a range of business functions within their global organisation.

Please note: These roles are based in Saudi Arabia and require relocation. A relocation package is available for successful candidates. Applications are welcomed from candidates currently based across the UK who are open to relocating internationally.

This is an outstanding opportunity for experienced Executive Assistants or Senior PAs looking to relocate and join a business renowned for its innovation, operational excellence and investment in its people. Supporting senior leaders across a range of corporate and operational functions, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of executive operations within a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Role Snapshot

Job Title: Assistant to Director (Multiple Vacancies)

Location: Relocation to Saudi Arabia Required

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £40,000–£70,000 DOE + Tax-Efficient Package & Excellent Benefits

Key Requirements:

  • Must be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia (relocation support provided for successful candidates)
  • Minimum 5 years' continuous experience supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant
  • Experience supporting within a large corporate or multinational organisation is essential
  • Exceptional diary management, international travel coordination and executive administration skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Experience within energy, engineering, oil & gas or another multinational environment would be advantageous
  • Experience with SAP or other enterprise systems is desirable
