We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant
We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide proactive, confidential and professional support to our CEO and senior leadership team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, commercially aware and polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of business operations. You'll play a critical role in helping senior leaders maximise their effectiveness, ensuring priorities are managed efficiently and key business activities run smoothly.
Let’s get a flavour of the role:
As Executive Assistant, you'll act as a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership team, managing complex schedules, coordinating key meetings and supporting strategic business initiatives. You'll be a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with discretion while maintaining the highest professional standards.
- Proactively manage complex diaries, schedules and inboxes, ensuring executive time is aligned to business priorities
- Coordinate leadership and executive meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting logistics, minute taking and action tracking
- Prepare, review and format reports, presentations, briefing packs and board papers to a high professional standard, and transforming complex information into clear, engaging and executive-level content
- Draft correspondence and communications on behalf of senior leaders
- Support business projects by maintaining action logs, tracking milestones and coordinating stakeholder inputs
- Arrange travel, accommodation, itineraries, expenses and hospitality in line with company policy
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Support executive office administration, events, site visits and visitor management
- Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with professionalism and sound judgement

Key Ingredients (what we’d like to see):
- Experience within an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative support role, so comfortable working with senior stakeholders up to board level and supporting leadership meetings
- Highly organised with exceptional diary management and prioritisation skills
- An excellent communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in producing agendas, minutes, reports and executive-level presentations by using your advanced skills in Microsoft Office/MS365, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and if you have experience in using MS Business Central, we’d be happy to see it, even if it’s not essential
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable and calm under pressure
- Exposure to project coordination, PMO support, action tracking and milestone reporting.
- Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing, FMCG or corporate environment.
