The Role

The Commercial Sector & the Product Team within the Amazon Business organization, are looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors, one based in Milan, the other based in Luxembourg.

We’re a team of good humans who like working with other good humans. We care about doing the right thing, taking ownership, and building trust; and we try not to take ourselves too seriously along the way.

This isn’t your typical EA role. We’re not looking for someone to just manage calendars and inboxes (though yes, those matter too). We’re looking for a partner—someone who’s proactive, curious, and always thinking, “there’s probably a better way to do this.” If you enjoy making chaos feel organized, finding smarter ways to work, particularly using GenAI, and eliminating manual, repetitive tasks, you’ll fit right in.

Amazon Business has a bold vision for the future, and huge runway for growth. If you are looking for growth opportunities, and want to be a strategic thought partner, this is your EA role!

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Own and expertly manage complex, dynamic calendars for two leaders with distinct yet interdependent portfolios—protecting focus time, sequencing meetings strategically, and resolving scheduling conflicts with sound judgment
  • Build strong, trusted working relationships with EAs across AB and multiple VP partner teams across WW Amazon (US, EU, IN, JP)
  • Drive continuous improvement by designing and implementing new mechanisms, processes, and tracking systems that enhance team effectiveness
  • Own Commercial & Product team mechanisms including xBRs and All-Teams
  • Own travel for both leaders, and plan and execute team events
  • Oversee team space planning

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
