About the Role
As the Executive Assistant and Curriculum Admin and Reception Lead, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of a dynamic and forward-thinking college group. This role is specifically designed to support the Principal at Taunton College. You will act as a trusted professional partner to the Principal, providing confidential, proactive and highly effective executive support, while also ensuring that reception and curriculum administration services are well led, resilient and aligned with College and UCS College Group priorities.

The role provides direct line management to the Senior Administrator and Reception team, while working collaboratively across the UCS College Group to ensure effective cover, shared best practice and service continuity. The post requires a highly professional demeanour and the postholder is expected to demonstrate the values, ethos and principles of the College and the wider UCS College Group. The work requires significant contact with people inside and outside the College Group and often requires tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.
