We are looking for a proactive, highly organised and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You will provide exceptional executive support while helping to drive the smooth day-to-day operations of a dynamic, international based team. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience supporting multiple C-suite executives.
- Ideally with 4-5 years experience in a executive support role within the Media, Entertainment or Creative industries.
- Outstanding calendar management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Used to working in fast paced environments with tight deadlines and last-minute changes.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Able to create professional Keynote presentations and adept at making changes to existing ones.
- Interest and experience identifying and implementing processes and procedures to improve work efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to Identify work to alleviate the load without needing to be asked.
- Able to act as a gatekeeper while retaining goodwill.
- Confidentiality, discretion, trust and judgement.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A “can do” flexible attitude.
- Television background desired.
- Proficiency with Mac, iPhone, and Apple productivity tools (Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Mail, Calendar); experience with Wrike, Box, Slack and other collaboration tools is highly desirable.
- Fluent English is required. Additional languages are beneficial.
- Finally, you have to care about what we do. Because we really do.
