Executive Assistant
Location: London (hybrid working) Type: Full-time, permanent Reports to: C-Suite

The Role
The executive team are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to manage demanding schedules, anticipating needs before they arise, and ensuring the executives time is focused where it creates the most value. This is a hybrid role combining office-based and remote working, with flexibility expected to match the rhythm of a fast-moving business.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive and complex diary management across multiple time zones, including scheduling, prioritisation and gatekeeping
- End-to-end coordination of domestic and international travel: flights, accommodation, visas, ground transport and detailed itineraries
- Inbox management and correspondence on behalf of executives, drafting responses and flagging priorities
- Preparation of briefing packs, agendas and materials ahead of meetings, events and media engagements
- Liaison with senior internal stakeholders and executives
- Organisation of internal and external events, dinners and offsites
- Expense management and processing
- Personal support and errands as required, including occasional driving duties; a full, clean driver's licence is essential
- Maintaining absolute confidentiality and discretion at all times

About You
- Proven experience as an EA or PA supporting a CEO, founder or C-Suite executive, ideally within financial services or a high-growth technology business
- Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities under pressure
- A confident, polished communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders at all levels
- Highly discreet, trustworthy and professional; you understand the sensitivity of operating at the heart of a business
- Proactive and resourceful, you solve problems before they land on the executives desk
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work outside standard hours when the business demands it
- Full, clean UK driver's licence (essential)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, calendar and travel management tools
