Job Opportunity for an Executive Assistant
We are currently working on behalf of a highly regarded asset management firm, to assist them in their search for a new EA.
They are seeking a proactive EA to provide a high-quality of support as needed to the CEO and other Executive Committee members.
Duties
- Coordinating diaries, meetings and appointments, including preparing agendas, circulating papers and taking minutes where required.
- Supporting with complex travel, and accommodation.
- Managing venue bookings and event logistics as needed, bringing new ideas for key events.
- Supporting the BD team as required and maintaining data entry within the teams CRM system.
- Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external queries, responding professionally and escalating matters where appropriate.
- Assisting with general office administration alongside the office manager where required.
- Processing and managing expenses.
- Helping to monitor team deadlines, actions and priorities to support efficient delivery.

Requirements
Suitable applicants will have gained prior experience supporting C-Suite executives in a fast-paced professional services environment. We are seeking candidates with exemplary organisation, communication and attention to details skills, as well as a proactive approach and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
