Parallel Wealth Management (PWM) is a fast-growing financial planning business with around 20 talented people, an outstanding culture and ambitious national aspirations.
We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Business Partner to work alongside our Founder & CEO.
This isn't a traditional PA role.
We're looking for someone who combines exceptional organisation with strong project management skills, someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, thrives on variety and can be trusted with highly confidential information.
You'll become the Founder's trusted partner, helping ensure the business runs smoothly while enabling him to focus on leading, growing and developing the company.
The Opportunity
No two days will be the same.
One day you could be preparing Board papers, coordinating strategic projects and organising leadership meetings. The next, you might be managing supplier relationships, overseeing key actions, arranging travel or helping coordinate aspects of the Founder's personal commitments.
You'll be at the centre of the business, working closely with the leadership team and helping ensure priorities are delivered.
There will also be occasional travel as PWM continues to expand nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder & CEO's complex and fast-moving diary.
- Coordinate meetings, travel and business commitments.
- Balance both professional and selected personal priorities.
- Prepare Board agendas, presentations, KPI dashboards and meeting papers.
- Attend Board and leadership meetings, capturing actions and ensuring delivery.
- Coordinate strategic business projects from planning through to completion.
- Track key initiatives and ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Liaise confidently with advisers, clients, suppliers and external partners.
- Manage highly confidential commercial and personal information with absolute discretion.
- Oversee selected supplier relationships and small operational budgets.
- Improve internal processes and help the business become increasingly efficient.
- Anticipate issues before they arise and solve problems proactively.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
