We’re Hiring – Executive Assistant & Business Support Specialist
📍 Manchester | Hybrid | 12-month FTC (with strong potential to go permanent)
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and personable individual to join our team at Watt Holdings Limited (WHL).
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, varied role supporting senior leadership while playing a key part in the day-to-day running of a growing business.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing client enquiries and coordinating projects
- Supporting Directors and the wider team
- Organising schedules, surveys, and documentation
- Keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes
We’re looking for someone who:
- Thrives in a busy, dynamic environment
- Is highly organised with great attention to detail
- Has strong communication and client-facing skills
- Enjoys taking ownership and being a key team player

💡 Experience with Microsoft Project, Monday.com or Xero is a bonus (but not essential).
Working hours:
- Mon–Thurs: 9:00am–5:30pm
- Friday: 9:00am–4:30pm
