Executive Assistant / Private PA to Co-Founders

Location: London – predominantly office and family-home based
Salary: £45,000–£65,000 + discretionary bonus
Working pattern: Full-time, predominantly in person
Industry: Investment Management
Start date: As soon as possible

The Opportunity
C&C Search is partnering with a highly successful, founder-led investment business to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant / Private PA to support its two Co-Founders.
This is a rare and highly varied opportunity for someone who thrives in a trusted, high-responsibility position and enjoys bringing order, structure and calm to busy professional and personal lives.

The successful candidate will provide seamless support across the Co-Founders’ business responsibilities, personal administration and family logistics. You will work alongside an existing, highly valued member of the support team, helping to create additional capacity as the business continues to grow.

This is not a conventional, narrowly defined Executive Assistant role. The remit will be broad, fast-moving and occasionally unpredictable. One moment you may be coordinating an important business meeting or preparing documentation; the next, you could be resolving a household issue, arranging transport for one of the children or ensuring that an urgent personal matter has been handled.

The Co-Founders are looking for someone who takes genuine ownership, exercises excellent judgement and can be relied upon to see every task through without needing to be chased.

The Role
You will act as a trusted extension of both Co-Founders, supporting them across their interconnected business and personal responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Executive and Business Support

  • Managing complex and frequently changing diaries for two Co-Founders
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
  • Anticipating scheduling conflicts and resolving issues before they arise
  • Preparing agendas, meeting materials, briefing notes and follow-up actions
  • Managing correspondence and ensuring important communications are prioritised
  • Coordinating business travel, accommodation, itineraries and logistics
  • Tracking actions, deadlines and commitments across multiple workstreams
  • Liaising confidently with investors, advisers, colleagues and external partners
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Assisting with business administration, expenses, invoices and documentation
  • Coordinating with finance, operations and other outsourced service providers
  • Supporting projects and special assignments as required
  • Ensuring that important information is captured, organised and easily accessible

Private and Family Support

  • Managing personal diaries, appointments and family commitments
  • Coordinating schedules for a busy family with four children
  • Organising transport, activities, appointments and day-to-day family logistics
  • Supporting the administration surrounding the children’s education and schedules
  • Driving the Co-Founders or children when required
  • Booking personal travel, restaurants, appointments and family arrangements
  • Liaising with household staff, tutors, drivers, contractors and service providers
  • Managing household administration and resolving practical issues
  • Overseeing personal payments, renewals, subscriptions and documentation
  • Researching and coordinating purchases, services and family requirements
  • Handling sensitive personal information with complete confidentiality
  • Stepping in calmly and practically when unexpected problems arise

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What Success Looks Like
The most successful person in this role will create meaningful headspace for the Co-Founders.
You will be someone who:

  • Thinks several steps ahead
  • Spots potential issues before they become problems
  • Takes responsibility without waiting to be instructed
  • Prioritises effectively when several things require attention
  • Knows when to act independently and when to seek guidance
  • Maintains exceptional standards, even when working at pace
  • Completes tasks thoroughly and follows through on every commitment
  • Brings calm, structure and good judgement to complex situations
  • Treats both significant and seemingly small tasks with equal care
  • Builds trust through consistency, discretion and reliability

The value of this role lies in your ownership, responsiveness, judgement and ability to make two extremely busy lives run more smoothly.

The Person
This role would suit an experienced Executive Assistant, Private PA, Lifestyle Manager or Family Office professional who has previously supported entrepreneurs, founders, senior executives or high-net-worth individuals.

You may already be working in a blended business and private support role, or you may be an outstanding Executive Assistant who is genuinely excited by the opportunity to broaden your remit.

You will need:

  • Significant experience supporting senior, fast-moving and demanding individuals
  • Experience providing both business and private support
  • Exceptional organisational and diary-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • The ability to manage changing priorities without becoming overwhelmed
  • Excellent judgement and a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Complete discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and private family matters
  • A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach
  • The maturity to operate independently
  • A low-ego, team-oriented mindset
  • The ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, digital communication platforms and modern productivity tools
  • A full driving licence and confidence driving in London

Experience within investment management, private equity, venture capital, family office, professional services or another fast-paced entrepreneurial environment would be highly advantageous.

Previous experience supporting a family with children, coordinating household logistics or working alongside household staff would also be beneficial.

Working Style
This is a full-time, predominantly in-person position with time spent between the business’s London office and the family residence.

The role requires flexibility. While there will be structure to the working week, the Co-Founders’ schedules do not always fit neatly within traditional office hours. There may be occasions when support is needed earlier in the morning, later in the evening or outside normal working hours.

In return, the Co-Founders offer trust, autonomy and a flexible, output-focused working relationship. They are not interested in presenteeism or rigidly monitoring hours. They are looking for someone who can manage their responsibilities maturely, communicate clearly and ensure that important matters are handled.

The organisation has a strong track record of recognising and rewarding talented people. For someone who performs exceptionally, takes on increasing responsibility and becomes integral to the Co-Founders’ lives, there is considerable scope for the position and remuneration to grow.

Why Join?
This is an opportunity to:

  • Work closely with two successful and entrepreneurial Co-Founders
  • Become a trusted member of a growing investment business
  • Take ownership of a genuinely broad and interesting remit
  • Work across business, personal and family priorities
  • Operate with significant autonomy and responsibility
  • Build a role around your strengths and capabilities
  • Join an organisation that invests in and retains high-performing people
  • Develop into an indispensable and highly valued strategic support professional

Important Considerations
This role will not suit someone seeking a conventional, task-based Executive Assistant position with a rigid job description or fixed 9-to-5 boundaries. It will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being useful and receives genuine satisfaction from making other people’s lives easier.

No task should feel beneath you, but equally, you must possess the judgement and capability to manage complex, confidential and high-value business matters.

Because the role involves working within a private family environment and supporting children, appropriate referencing and background checks will form part of the appointment process.
