Are you an organised, detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for supporting senior leaders? One of our clients, a leading global provider of local mobile-first payments solutions, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team and provide top-tier administrative and logistical support to the Global Leadership Team (GLT).
In this role, you’ll play a key part in the smooth running of executive operations—managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, preparing polished presentations, and supporting high-impact meetings. You'll also get the opportunity to contribute to event planning and collaborate across teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organise internal and external meetings, including venue bookings and catering.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and prioritise busy executive calendars for GLT members.
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange flights, hotels, ground transport, and manage visa applications.
- Executive Presentations: Prepare and format high-quality PowerPoint decks and reports for the Chief People Officer (CPO).
- Deadline Monitoring: Track tasks and ensure timely completion of key action items.
- Event Support: Coordinate external conferences and support company-wide events like All Hands meetings.
- CEO Engagement: Manage monthly "Meet the CEO" meetings—attendee lists, invites, coordination, and materials.
- Office Administration: Step in to support the Office Manager when needed.
- Health & Safety: Serve as a trained First Aider and Fire Marshal, keeping your certifications up to date.
- Team Collaboration: Assist with ad hoc events for other teams if event management interests you.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills
